I had a very small project I was working on in my shop and could not find the right size piece of bar stock at any of the local hardware stores. I called DoBro and Keith and his associate not only took the time to go on the yard to locate and then cut the piece for me, but had it ready for me to pick up within 30 minutes. It says a lot about a company who is willing to take time to help a "small" customer despite knowing their time would be more profitable spent elsewhere. I was overly impressed by the customer service and moreso the level of integrity diplayed. Thank you for the positive experience....you stand out.
